The Vista iBloks Mod I have been creating has now been released and is available for download at www.ibloks.com This mod contains all the latest ZAM 3D techniques.

Happy New Year everyone! After a fairly relaxing Christmas and New Year I thought I would spend some time this week playing with Vue 6, so decided to mock up a quick new banner above. Went for a snow theme since it is Christmas... although nothing but sunshine here in Oz currently. I have also been toying around with C4D r10 and am liking it very much. Looking forward to seeing what Erain come up with for Swift 3D v5 this year too. I have also added some more sites to the links page.

I have had a busy couple of weeks with software purchases. Just got Cinema 4D r10 upgrade and Vue 6 xStream so lots of new stuff to learn over coming months.

I have also enrolled in the Low Poly Character modelling workshop on www.cgsociety.org
Two weeks in and am really enjoying it. I will post my completed character in the gallery once the workshop is finished.

We are constantly posting new examples there of our experiments with XAML and ZAM 3D. You will need to download .NET Framework 3.0 which I believe is essentially the upcoming SP3 for Windows XP plus Internet Explorer 7.0 to view our content or wait until Window Vista hits the streets. The work we post is rendered in realtime as you view it. We are really excited about the possibilities of XAML.

Well amongst work, courses, house building and birth of our new baby Yasmin, I have neglected ArtzFX to the point where it just wasn't practical to keep the forum alive. The required updates to that and my CMS, not mention deleting constant spammers was consuming too much time. So I blew the whole lot away and have put this humble little HTML site in its place. My apologises and thanks to those members who posted information on the forum. I have backed up that information and may reinstate it when time permits in the future.

I will continue posting any industry news I on this home page and keep adding to the links page for information on software I use in my toolbox.
